TASKBAR EDITION 2009

The new generation of BDO's notifier software is finally here! Never, ever miss BDO's live shows when you're at your computer again!

The BDO Notifier T.E. 2009 runs as a small icon in your Windows System Tray and this icon will blink when a live event begins. Also, taskbar bubble and audio notification can be turned on or off in the settings. It also opens a simple menu when clicked, where settings and other options can be found.

This edition of the notifier is guaranteed not to interrupt fullscreen games! Most, if not all compatiblity issues are resolved and we've even managed to test it on Linux!* (*version 0.1.6 only for now)

THE BDO NOTIFIER IS
MALWARE FREE

It is possible that if you're running any Internet security software (ie: Norton Internet Security, Windows Firewall, etc...), you will need to allow the BDO Notifier to contact the Internet. This data transmission is 100% safe and only contains information regarding the notifier's version (for update checks) and the status of any live show at BDO Radio.

The BDO Notifier performs absolutely no other automated network operations than what is described above. It does not collect personal information nor does it contain or launch any advertizing of any sort.

We figure that by now, you realize this application is completly safe and pretty damn useful!

Note: The component trying to access the internet is wininet.dll, which allows the notifier to query the BDO Radio site and know if we're on the air.
