So it looks like the "Show #31 Curse" is over. Ok, I'm overdoing it but, hey, we've never re-attempted a podcast production THREE fucking times before getting it right. Then again it's only been three podcasts we perform live. This is a kind of new thing for us.

Since Thursday's show played out well, this encourages us to finally pack in some new stuff for future show productions. Tonight, we plan on recording a little bit of Judge Bob for the production of episode #7.

There is one major new thing at BDO: We're drastically scaling back on the so-called "helium voicing". You'll notice that gradually, our skits and related productions will have less and less of the old effect. Not that we don't like it anymore, but I've been experimenting off-air with a tamed down use of the technique and I've got to say, I'm curious about how the people will react to it. Let's see. If you noticed, let me know what you think either through the form on this website or during a live show.

So you were tuned in our new year's show last Friday? So you probably noticed that after a relatively ok start, the show degraded into an incomperhensible pile of drunken, badly mixed audio; only to eventually spiral into dead air, riddled with technical difficulties and hosts too intoxicated to notice!*

Well, we figure you'd get that our recording of the live Show #31 performance is not only subpar; it's not really salvageable in any way. This is why me and Nick are going right back on the air this week - putting BDO on the right rails for 2011.
